Ordering & Products 

HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

 To place a custom order, chose your desired jacket style, size, and wash. From there follow the drop down menus and preference buttons to specify your desired font,  patches, colors etc. Make sure to place any specific requests in the order notes section. Add your product to cart, and check out!

 

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?

 Our custom pieces take about 2-3 weeks to produce and ship.  If you need your order sooner a $50 rush charge will apply. Please reach out to customer service with your rush request and we will assist you from there!

 

WHY DO CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE 2-3 WEEKS TO SHIP? CAN I PLACE A RUSH ORDER?

 Due to the nature of our custom pieces, our team devotes our full time and attention to making your order perfect for you. In order to fully customize each product, we allow a generous production time. If you need your order sooner a $50 rush charge will apply. Please reach out to customer service with your rush request and we will assist you from there!

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN READY TO WEAR AND CUSTOM ? 

Our ready to wear styles are pre-made designs that do not allow for customization. These styles ship within 3-5 business days, and can be returned or exchanged. Our custom styles allow you to completely customize your jacket or accessory and take 2-3 weeks to produce and ship.

 

IF I LIKE A READY TO WEAR STYLE BUT WANT TO ADD TO IT, HOW DO I ORDER?

 If you are interested in one of our ready to wear designs but would like to add a custom element to it (i.e. name, add a patch, etc.) please reach out to us at hello@thedenimblonde.com and we can assist you in ordering.

 

HOW DO I ADD A SIGNATURE TO MY ORDER?  

 To add a custom signature to your piece, please follow directions listed on the product page. Most products require writing desired name and number in customization box, then once order is placed, you must send photo of signature to hello@thedenimblonde.com. Please note! Written consent from player is required for use of signature 

 

CAN I ADD A LOGO TO MY CUSTOM PIECE?  

We do not use any officially licensed logos on any of our pieces. This policy is strict and we do not allow any exceptions. We are happy to use any personal business logos or images that are not licensed. Please reach out to us with questions on this.

 

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PATCHES?

If there is something specific that you would like to add to your custom piece, feel free to reach out to us! We are happy to accommodate your requests and create a custom patch for you. Please note, extra charges may apply.

 

HOW CAN I TELL YOU EXACTLY WHERE I WANT THE PATCHES PLACED ON MY JACKET?

For any placement specifics or preferences please write in the notes section at checkout. We may follow up with an email to confirm your requests.

 

WHAT BRAND ARE YOUR JACKETS SO I CAN DECIDE ON MY SIZE?

Our jackets are unique to The Denim Blonde and designed by us. To assist in deciding on your size, our size chart measurements were taken with our jackets laying flat. This way you can take a jacket of your own, lay it flat, take measurements, and compare them to our size chart to determine your best fit.

 

CAN I SEE MY CUSTOM DESIGN BEFORE IT IS FINALIZED AND SHIPPED?

Of course! If you would like to see your design put together before it is finalized on your product, please add a Digital Mock Up to your order and we will send you a digital design mock of your order within 24-48 hours.

 

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT IS INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?

Mistakes happen! We are always happy to correct any order mistake. Please reach out to customer service at hello@thedenimblonde.com with your order number and we will assist you.

 

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

Although rare, damages can occur. We are happy to replace the damaged piece or fix any error or damage. Please email hello@thedenimblonde.com with your order number and issue and we will be happy to assist.

 

Promotions & Sales

CAN I APPLY A PROMOTION CODE TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

 

CAN I COMBINE PROMO CODES?

One promo code can only be used on each order.

 

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR GROUP ORDERS?

At this time we unfortunately don't offer group discounts.  To place a group order, please reach out to us and we will set it up for you!

 

Returns & Exchanges

We work hard to make sure you love your Denim Blonde pieces. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your goodies, please take a moment to review our Return & Exchange Policy here. All custom pieces are final sale, with the exception of errors or damages that cannot be fixed or replaced.

 

Shipping

All custom orders have a 2-3 week production time before shipping. Ready to wear orders have a 3-5 day processing time before shipping. We do not ship on Sundays or any US holiday. Shipping rates and times vary based upon chosen shipping method. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave The Denim Blonde. If you feel your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to us and we will be happy to open a claim with the shipping carrier for you. Lost or stolen packages will not be refunded or re-made for free. Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
