Custom orders CANNOT be returned, with the exception of damages or mistakes.
Signatures for custom orders require written consent from the owner of the signature. We cannot use signatures without consent of use. There are no exceptions
We do not use any officially licensed logos, images, or phrases. There are no exceptions.
Returns are accepted for non-custom orders within 14 days of receiving the items. To start a return, please refer to our returns page or contact customer service.
All custom orders have a 2-3 week production time before shipping. Any design changes must be communicated to customer service within 3 business days of placing the order. Once the item has been put into production we cannot cancel it.
Non-Custom orders have a 3-5 day processing time before shipping.
If you need your order sooner a $50 rush charge will apply. Please reach out to customer service with your rush request and we will assist you from there!
Rates & Times
Shipping rates and times vary based upon the chosen shipping method. We ship to all 50 US states Monday-Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays or any US holiday.
If you need to adjust your shipping speed before your order ships please contact us and we will be happy to make the necessary adjustments. Once the order has left The Denim Blonde, we are unable to change shipping carrier or speed.
If you need to expedite your order, please reach out immediately to our Customer Service team via email. We will try our best to accommodate you and your shipping needs.
An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the billing information section. Shipment emails will include tracking information. Please check your email address for errors before placing your order.
Shipping charges do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country and The Denim Blonde is not responsible for these fees. As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any of these charges or others imposed by your country and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Contact your local customs office for information on what these charges may be. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing/inspections and take up to six weeks or longer to arrive. The Denim Blonde has no control over these processes.
Lost Or Stolen Packages & Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave The Denim Blonde. If you feel your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to us and we will be happy to open a claim with the shipping carrier for you. Lost or stolen packages will not be refunded or re-made for free. The Denim Blonde is not responsible for carrier delays. Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
